Magnificent 17th century Grade II listed thatched farmhouse (oldest handmade brick farmhouse in Devon) which adjoins the owner s house and is served by solar panels offers THREE bedrooms: 1 large family room with 1 double 1 single and cot with TV and 2 twin bedrooms one with TV. Bathroom: upstairs with bath and WC (approached down 2 steps). Separate WC downstairs. Lounge: large with flatscreen SkyTV DVD video woodburner (logs included in winter months). Kitchen/diner: equipped with cooker microwave fridge dishwasher and an elegant ornamental Victorian fireplace. Utility room: with freezer fridge washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: large enclosed garden with picnic table and gas BBQ sheltered by shrubs and mature trees.
